boring updates

as you can tell, nothing much has been going on with us. the house is still coming along, work is still just fine, i still hate leaving my baby every day, i am still off my diet pepsi (and it's actually not been TOO tough), and we are still 100% head over heels in love with stone

can you see one of the reasons why? isn't he just the cutest?! we took him into his 6 month checkup yesterday and he's growing like crazy! he rolled over yesterday, and he had his first taste of rice cereal as well!

he didn't seem to love it (but it's pretty nasty stuff..i wouldn't love it either), but he didn't seem to mind it too much. we will be starting fruits and veggies next week....i think he will like that better.

i had my first mothers day (where i actaully got to hold my baby instead of just looking at pictures with a slight stab of pain in my heart), and i really thought all day of how grateful i am to be a mom....i've been a birthmom for a while now, but this is so much different....i feel so blessed that i finally get to raise my little one. he is so good, and innocent, and precious. it's a lot of work being a mom, but it's work that i enjoy and wouldn't trade for anything in the world.

josh and i will be celebrating our 4 year anniversary this month! i love my hubby. i'm so glad that he's mine, and that we get to experience life together.
