Seattle

So, because we aren't going to Cabo we have decided that we still wanna take some kind of trip. Josh loves Seattle (because of the music scene) and I have never been, so I think we might try to go up there. So here are my questions...has anyone been there? Is there anything that we should for sure do (space needle, amazing resturaunts, fun cafes ect.)? Where is a good place to stay? I have to say that I'm not as excited to go to Seattle as I would be going to Cabo (I have this thing with warm sunny weather and getting out of the country), but I am super excited even thinking about it! I love going to places that I've never been with Josh....he always makes the trip so much fun...and it will be fun going somewhere that he is so passionate about. So there you have it...if anyone has any ideas about something that you HAVE to do while we are there let me know!

We went to Seattle about 6 years ago and it was way fun. You have to go to the space needle. That is always fun and then the fish market. I cant remember what it is call but its fun to watch them throw the fish. And then down on the river you have to go to the warf. I think that is what they call it. And they always have the best fish down there!!

We went for our honeymoon and I agree with the fish market. Make your hubby buy you some flowers they are like 10 bucks and are beautiful! We took a ferry to Canada and stayed there for a day but that was my favorite if you can. We saw the whales jumping on our ferry ride and then we went to the Buchardt gardens and they were amazing so look into it!

I use to live there, that's my old stomping ground!!! Seattle is so pretty and there is a lot to do if you look. There is a restuarant in the Southtown mall (I hope it is still there) called Rainforst Cafe' it's a must, you feel like you are in a rainforst and during your meal there is a rainstorm, great shopping there too!!! You also need to go to the EMP (experience music project) Josh would appreciate it, it is kind of $$ but worth it, you could spend hours in there. It is close to the space needle. Iron works park is also cool and I think there is paintball there still, not sure though. There is so many great restaurants there you could spend weeks, there is even one in the space needle but again $$. There is so much to do it would take me so long to tell you it all!!!!!
