exciting news

we are looking into building a house!!! with the baby coming and the fact that it's a great time to do this kind of thing (if fineances allow it) we thought it would be a great time to build a bigger place. we went out on saturday and looked at some lots in timberline estates, and we found one that we really like. the neighborhood is nice, and the guy that we are working with is great. he's also a realtor so he is stopping by our place tomorrow to look at our house to see what we can get out of it...he's also going to bring us some floor plans to see what kind of layout we want. so, after we talk to the banks and see what kind of loan we can get we will be on our way to getting a new place! we're trying not to get our hopes up too high (which isn't working) just in case the bank doesn't wanna loan us the money ...or if we can't get our hosue sold. it just feels so crazy to be going through these steps....i feel so grown up (not that expecting a baby doesn't already make a person feel grown up). keep your fingers crossed for us that everything pans out well so that we can get into our new home!!
