crazy

i know that my posts have been boring lately because everything is about selling our house and there are no pictures....but at least i'm updateing (unlike a few others of you who need to blog a little more often). the most current news is this....our house was listed on friday, october 2nd....monday the 5th we had two different realtors show it to two different couples, and the last couple (i think it was actually two sisters) loved the house and are bringing their parents to see it today (october 6th) and then they want to make an offer on it this afternoon!!!! how crazy is that? i'm not thinking that they are going to offer exactly what we want, so i'm not getting my hopes up that this will be it, but it could be i guess...which means that we would have to move into a rental house within like....i dunno...90 days and live there till our house is finished. it's great news and we are thrilled that our house may sell so quickly, but at the same time it's going to be a really hard to to move with a newborn and in the snow....but we will make it work because this means that we are well on our way to building a new home! yay!
